We invite you to join us in a space that honors the exquisite sensitivity and worth of each of us.
Participants have the opportunity to explore their early history and attachment styles, creating more choices for the situations that are challenging in their lives. This is accomplished by acknowledging the original beauty that is in all of us, differentiating from the non-conscious strategies that shape relationships, and integrating traumatic experiences.
This intimate 6-day workshop with a handful participants brings together Mary and Alex’s backgrounds in Circle of Security, Somatic Experiencing, Pre & Perinatal Psychology, Castellino Training, Craniosacral Therapy, and Neuroscience. We will combine brief teachings, exercises, and in-depth individual processing for each participant.
The workshop is for both healthcare professionals and laypeople.
